A South Los Angeles head-on collision killed a man and injured two others in the early morning hours of this past Sunday. The accident occurred after one motorist was going west and made a left turn onto Figueroa Street. The motorist then struck a car going east.
The driver of the car was taken to the hospital and was pronounced dead. A passenger in that vehicle suffered serious injuries as did the driver of the car that turned left.
